Rick Santorum spent 17 years serving his country in the U.S. Congress, but he never lost his commitment to conservative values, his love for his nation, or his faith.
Unlike many of his colleagues in Washington, Sen. Santorum wasn’t corrupted by The Swamp. He made a name for himself fighting for conservative priorities like fiscal responsibility and the right to life, and his presidential bid in 2012 reminded the nation that America still boasts statesmen of integrity and conviction.
Senator Santorum explains “Our system of government was founded on two basic premises. First, human beings, as bearers of God’s image, have rights that do not come from the government. Second, human beings are flawed and prone to corruption.”
“The federal government must be limited to protect our inalienable rights and to guard against the corruptions of those in power. I saw my fair share of corruption while I was in Washington, and I see the Article V movement as a way to combat that corruption and get our nation back to its founding principles,”
Senator Santorum joined Convention of States Action as a Senior Advisor in 2021.
