The Wyoming State GOP sent another legislative update to WY Republicans, again highlighting that the WY GOP does not support calling a convention for proposing amendments – the powerful, peaceful, legal, constitutional method to limit the out of control federal government.
Concerns raised by the WY GOP have all been addressed by history, by law and by the text of the Constitution. Opposition talking points constructed by the radical left to maintain the status quo have sadly permeated into the WY Republican party.
We have a rich history of conventions of states where delegates from states met, debated, suggested and adjourned without mishap, even during equally fractured times.
Please respectfully **contact our WY GOP leaders** and encourage them to join us in the battle against federal overreach.
We are not divided on the problem. We are united on the desired result – an end to obscene spending and liberty smothering regulation.
