I am so excited about the energy and enthusiasm I am witnessing in Idaho right now. Your state is the place to be, and the word is out, if you want to live free, you want to live in Idaho. It is important that none of us forget that we must be vigilant and watchful over those that govern us. This election is important at every level. We are asking that district captains get involved right away.
There are several ways you can make a difference. First, contact fellow DC Guy Monahan (808-485-5015) and let him know you would like to help make phone calls for candidates supporting the COS resolution in Idaho. Second, sign up for the Circleof10.vote. This is a new tool we are using to encourage everyone on the COS team to reach out to friends and family members. Third, make a habit of logging into Citizen Builder to check for new volunteers and petition signers. Fourth, make sure you are joining your team's calls and reading the communications on Slack.
Idaho has a terrific group of leaders working hard to build the COS grassroots army and to educate new candidates and incumbents about Article V. Your team has been working in every corner of Idaho, but they cannot do it alone. Now is the time for district captains and regional captains to build the grassroots army and prepare for the upcoming 2021-22 legislative session.
There is great potential in Idaho to get our resolution passed, however, our mission is not just about a convention. If we are to restore our Constitution to the framers original intent, we are going to have to exercise and teach self-governance.
We need you in the fight!
