As James Comer and his committee uncover more and more evidence of Joe Biden and his family members receiving money from countries such as Communist China and Ukraine, you may wonder what happened to the Clinton bribes uncovered by forensic accountants John Moynihan and Larry Doyle back in 2018.
These two financial analysts gave more than 6,000 pages of evidence to the IRS and the FBI believing an investigation would take place and the Clinton pay-to-play scheme with Hillary as Secretary of State would be uncovered.
Nothing happened.
In 2021 the United States Tax Court Judge David Gustafson ordered the IRS to produce its status report on its Clinton Foundation investigation.
The IRS protects the Clintons
In October of 2018, the IRS “sent a preliminary denial letter indicating it did not pursue the allegations for reasons that ranged from a lack of resources to possible expiration of the statute of limitations on some allegations.” Clinton Foundation CFO Andrew Kessel could have provided valuable background on how personal and business expenses were handled by the Clinton Foundation.
The FBI protects the Clintons
The FBI has possessed relevant documents in its Little Rock office since early 2018.
“These documents are a bombshell and show how the Clintons turned the State Department into a racket to line their own pockets,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in 2014.
Mr. Clinton's speeches included appearances in China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Central America, Europe, Turkey, Thailand, Taiwan, India, and the Cayman Islands. Sponsors of the speeches included some of the world's largest financial institutions — Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, American Express, and others — as well as players in technology, energy, health care, and media.
Good News
The whistleblowers have not given up and neither has Judge David Gustafson. He ruled that the IRS Whistleblower Office (WBO) had “abused its discretion” in trying to dismiss “specific credible documentation” put forward by Doyle and Moynihan, thereby allowing the case against the Clintons' charities to proceed.
He had reasons to believe that the IRS had engaged in some investigative activity concerning the Clinton charity in coordination with the FBI.
Courageous whistleblowers have been coming forward to inform Americans of what's really going on in their agencies, but above them, unelected bureaucrats are clinging to the power they've become accustomed to. They're making decisions that adversely affect Americans.
Millions of Americans feel the federal government is out of control, neglecting to represent We the People. Convention of States is taking aim at the bureaucracy with Article V, a way the states can come together and fight back. Signing the COS petition below and becoming a volunteer can help bring true solutions to federal overreach. Whatever your talents are, they can be used to bring back America.
