State Grassroots Coordinator  

As a State Grassroots Coordinator, you will be on the front line to train District Captains to recruit, train and activate new volunteers. You will actively reach out to new District Captains and welcome them into our organization as well as train them to reach out to volunteers to match up their talents with our needs. Responsibilities include…

  • Network with our existing District Captains to actively recruit new volunteers.
  • Create a team of rapid response District Captains to respond to new volunteers in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage District Captains to reach out to volunteers and encourage a deeper involvement within the organization.
  • Assist in recruiting District Captains in select areas as delegated by the State Director.

Expected commitment level: 8-12 hours per week
