There comes a time when people must take a stand and demand accountability of their officials, at all levels. There can be no greater time than when the education and protection of our children and grandchildren are at stake.

Undoubtedly, you have heard of the recent travesties in Loudoun County school system. Parents are told they don’t have a say in their children’s education. Children have been sexually assaulted in school and it is covered up. It is time to say enough is enough.

If you can’t stand for this anymore, there is a great opportunity to participate in the gathering of petitions to recall school board members in the Algonkian and Sterling Districts of Loudoun County. Volunteers are needed in roughly 19 polling locations during this Nov 2nd election to collect petitions.

If you are interested in participating and have the following qualifications:

  • Live in Virginia
  • Over 18 years old
  • Do not have a criminal record

Then email Suzanne Satterfield at satterfieldsmc@comcast.net and c.c. Ian at ian@fightforschools.com. Put in the subject line “I Want to Help”. Someone will contact you and get you the training you need to join the fight for the education and safety of our children and grandchildren.

As a Convention of States supporter, we know that you are deeply concerned about what is happening to our youth. Although this is not a Convention of States sponsored event, we believe that it is an opportunity that many of you would like to participate in.
