The Montana Senate can still pass Convention of States, but Senator Theresa Manzella (R - Hamilton) is actively pushing fear to thwart the efforts.
Please call Senator Manzella and ask her for her solution to push back on the federal overreach. Ask her why she refuses the mechanism found right in the Constitution? It is her duty to act, and if she has no solution, she is condoning the status quo in what we see in Washington, D.C.
Fear is no longer an option!

Sen Manzella is emailing her constituents the following:
“For those wishing to pound your fists, stomp your feet, make threats and spew your vitriol? - Save it. I'm neither impressed, nor intimidated. I will, however, promise to continue learning about the isuse. I'll reconsider my position when Mark Meckler publicly debates Robert Brown on the topic, and convinces me that the Constitution is in error and in need of repair, and that a COS can be conducted without the risks outweighing the potential benefits.” - Sen. Manzella
In the committee hearing on Convention of States, Sen. Manzella indicated she was a “student” of Robert Brown. According to Mr. Brown, he has no formal legal training, nor published any legal reviews on any subject matter, but he also describes himself as a “constitutional scholar” while clearly he has followers including Manzella.
We need legislators in Helena that listen to James Madison, George Mason, and George Washington and follow the action plan they left for the states inside of the Constitution, Article V. We no longer can tolerate those proclaiming to be Constitutionalists, while repeating the talking points of Soros groups and Hillary Clinton.
