Help Restore The Distinctiveness
Of The American Experiment
It is only for the preservation of liberty, that I ask you once again to be the guardians we are meant to be, and call your legislators to request they also attend this Educational Event to learn about the most important legislation to be presented in this year's Legislative Session from our Nation's preeminent Article V expert, Professor Rob Natelson.

What Has Happened to the Philosophy and Principles Held by the Founding Fathers?
It is well known that there are those within the three branches of government who wish to enlarge the powers of the federal government by overstepping the boundaries marked out by the Constitution and by misinterpreting our Constitution's original intent.
Will America Lose Her Treasured Freedom due to these usurpations and imbalances of power?
Many Convention of States Supporters agree with our Founders on this question:
But the great security against a gradual concentration of the several powers in the same department, consists in giving to those who administer each department, the necessary constitutional means, and personal motives, to resist encroachments of the others… Ambition must be made to counteract ambition. The interest of the man, must be connected with the constitutional rights of the place. It may be a reflection on human nature, that such devices should be necessary to control the abuses of government. ~ James Madison
“…the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution, in those entrusted with its administration, to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism.” ~ George Washington
I desire not to be part of the generation which allowed America's Great Experiment to fail.
As George Washington stated:
“If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way, which the constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; [it] is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”
We also encourage you to take the time to pen a hand-written letters; these are powerful because they are tangible and so distinctive. Please send all letters to the Capitol. Send one to your State Representative and another to your State Senator:
