Prayer Warriors
Battle Plan
May 2021
May Events and Requests
• Pray for grace and wisdom for Mark Meckler as he deals with treacherous lawmakers who do
not deal honestly with him. We experienced a heart-breaking loss in WV involving this.
• Pray for the COS process in North Carolina and South Carolina—specifically that the
legislators who say they are supportive will be true to their word.
• Ask God’s blessing on National Grassroots Director Jason Girard as he and his family move
from Florida to North Carolina.
• We have many state leaders who are suffering from health issues or family losses.
Leadership Prayer Focus
Ron Scarbrough, State Director of Mississippi, suffered a brain hematoma
and underwent a crainiotomy to address it. He has been hospitalized since
early March, but is hoping to go home soon. Give thanks that he is recover-
ing. He and his family are grateful for the prayers that have been lifted up so
far and for his improvement. Ask God to bless him with a full and complete
recovery, and lift up the Mississippi team as they carry on in his absence.
Scripture of the Month
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the
authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil
in the heavenly realms.
—Ephesians 6:12
Our COS president believes that we are at a point in the movement where we have good strategy,
good funding, good grassroots, yet we see opposition in state legislatures that seems to have a
dark power behind it. This doesn’t surprise us, Lord, because we know that there are dark powers
who oppose you and oppose justice and righteousness and freedom. Give us discernment, Father
God, and empower us in this role that you have called us to. Strengthen us to stand in your Spirit
in the face of opposition. Enable us to pray in accordance with your will, and raise up more prayer
warriors to participate in what you are doing through COS.

Daily Prayer Guide for May 2021
1
Virginia: pray for the regional summit
happening today, that it will inspire and
educate new team members.
2
New York: ask the Lord for great connec-
tions at gun shows this weekend and next.
3
Arizona: ask God to use the election audit
underway to accurately reveal the dynamics
of the vote in 2020.
4
Indiana: pray for Hank, a friend of an IN
COS volunteer, who is suffering from
COVID. There is concern about whether he
is getting proper treatment at the hospital.
5
Kansas: lift up election reform and 2nd
Amendment-related bills that have been
overridden by the governor. Pray for
constitutional-minded legislators to rally
behind them.
6
Today is the National Day of Prayer. Join
prayer warriors around the nation in pray-
ing this year’s theme: Lord, pour out your
love, life, and liberty.
7
Idaho: COS will have a literature table at the
Keep Idaho Red rally today. Pray for good
contacts with like-minded people and an
increase in the grassroots pressure on the
Idaho legislature to pass the COS resolution.
8
North Carolina and South Carolina: pray for
passage in 2021!
9
COS President Mark Meckler senses spir-
itual warfare in the opposition that we face
in state legislators. Ask God to empower the
prayer warriors in their role.
10 Wisconsin: 3-5 more Senators are needed
to commit to supporting the COS resolution
on the floor. We need God to squash the
disinformation campaign being circulated in
WI. Please pray everything that is hidden
will become known to all Wisconsinites,
especially regarding this project.
11 Texas: ask God to raise up a new State
Communications Coordinator to replace
Sharon Correll who is moving to Delaware.
12 Minnesota: give thanks for the flood of new
volunteers and DC applicants we have
received by God’s grace.
13 Florida: lift up Gov. Ron DeSantis who has
been strong on constitutional principles and
limited government. Ask for divine protec-
tion, encouragement, and boldness.
14 South Dakota: give thanks for the many new
DCs and ask for other roles to be filled. Pray
God’s blessing on various meetings happen-
ing in May.
15 Louisiana: pray for Doyle Chambers, a loyal,
long-term leader who has been suffering
from COVID side effects involving heart
problems since January of this year, after he
received the COVID vaccination.
16 Massachusetts: ask God for a healing touch
on State Information Analyst Michael
DeSanto and other state leaders.
17 Wisconsin: ask God’s blessings and favor on
many events happening this month.
18 California: the COS agenda has the potential
to prevent unnecessary economic suffering.
Ask God to give citizens the understanding
of this and to turn away from false messen-
gers and their lies and exploitation.
19 Pray for President Biden and his staff
according to Proverbs 9:10.
20 Ask God’s blessings on the Constitutional
Defense Course in Nevada running from
today through May 24.
21 Illinois: give thanks for the first Democrat
supporter in the House—a watershed
moment! Continue to pray for a legislative
liaison for the Illinois team.
22 New York: another gun show this weekend!
Pray for many petition signatures and new
supporters.
23 Indiana: pray for the monthly meeting that
is happening tonight.
24 Ask the Lord for an increase in wise and
skilled leadership. Claim James 1:5 for our
leaders.
25 Wisconsin: join SD Joanne Laufenberg in
giving thanks for many wonderful new
volunteers who “don't mean maybe.” The
team almost has a full contingent of
regional captains.
26 Ask God to raise up a great team of social
media warriors to share the COS message
on Facebook and Twitter, and that Colos-
sians 4:6 will always be true of them.
27 Vermont: pray that the state will open up,
giving our volunteers the opportunities they
seek to meet with Vermonters looking for
hope.
28 Ask God to revive a self-governing spirit in
America.
29 Minnesota and Idaho: pray specifically for
volunteers in these states who are suffering
with health problems. Ask for peace, comfort
and healing.
30 Illinois: pray for the team to keep all the
petition signers in front of them and not let
any fall thru the cracks.
31 On Memorial Day, let’s give thanks for all
those who have sacrificed for our freedom,
and commit our lives, our fortunes, and our
sacred honor to following in their footsteps.
1
California: ask God to bless our Convention
of States volunteers as they courageously
push themselves to increase their capabili-
ties spreading the Article V message of hope
for rational, hard working citizens securing
their future through disciplined liberty.
2
Wyoming: lift up the team after a disappoint-
ing defeat in the Senate, and ask for wisdom
for the leadership to keep momentum going.
Also pray for the legislators to understand
their authority to use the Constitution.
3
The John Birch Society is a strong
right-wing opponent of COS. Pray for them
to value truth.
4
Florida: pray that the falsehoods of the 1619
Project would be exposed and that this
material would be withdrawn from the state
curriculum. Also pray that schools will be
fully open in September.
