Prayer Warriors
Battle Plan
April 2021
April Events and Requests
• Servant leadership classes are exploding as well other Bible studies and personal mentoring
activities. Pray for the leaders to meet the needs of those who are interested in growing spirit-
ually as well as in their leadership skills.
• Continue to specifically lift up legislative success in key states: KS, WI, SC, NC, and WV.
Pray for open hearts of minds and that supportive legislators will keep their promises.
• The national staff is expanding to meet the needs of the massive grassroots growth that has
taken place since January. Pray for wisdom as new people are brought on.
• Lift up a number of leaders who are ill with COVID and other maladies.
Leadership Prayer Focus
Jacque Martin, State Director of Arkansas, was scheduled to have
foot surgery at the end of March that would significantly limit her mo-
bility for six months. But just before the surgery happened, she con-
tracted COVID and was hospitalized with pneumonia. She also has
blood clots in a her lung. Pray for her recovery from COVID, as well as
the process of rescheduling the surgery and its effectiveness. Also lift
up the COS Arkansas team and specifically Legislative Liaison Randy
Alexander who is filling in for Jacque while she recovers.
Scripture of the Month
Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be firm, immovable, always excelling in the work of
the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
—1 Cor. 15:57-58
Thank you, Father God, for the hope we have in you. Our hope is not in our own wisdom or efforts
or strategies, but in your eternal Kingdom. Because Jesus rose from the dead, we can have confi-
dence that your redemptive purposes in our lives, in our nation, and in the world will come to pass.
Encourage us with this truth and empower us to be faithful in the service you have called us to.

Daily Prayer Guide for April 2021
1
Mississippi: lift up State Director Ron
Scarbrough who is recovering from a brain
hematoma and surgery.
2
Maine: since the governor has abruptly
adjourned the legislature, pray that we can
hold a Surge Day if an emergency session is
called.
3
Wisconsin: continue to pray for legislative
support, particularly in the Senate.
4
The Lord is risen—He is risen indeed! Have
a blessed Easter!
5
North Carolina: there will be two committee
votes before April 21, and a rally on that day
with a possible House vote. Pray that the
team members will be able to address all
objections to COS. Let’s ask God for
passage in NC in 2021!
6
Utah: SD Karen Nance asks us to join her in
lifting up the gun control and election-
related legislation pending in Congress.
7
South Carolina: pray for boldness for legisla-
tors to do what they feel is right, and for
energy and endurance for the team. Ask that
the team will be able to find the doors that
are open and accept the ones that are really
closed.
8
Florida: the team is hoping to have capitol
Surge Day on April 15 with a march to
honor veterans. Pray for the plans to come
together and that the capitol will be open, as
the people’s access is currently restricted.
9
Massachusetts: lift up a DC who was just
diagnosed with shingles.
10 Connecticut: pray for a successful and
productive team meeting today.
11 Pennsylvania: thank God the state is
beginning to open up and pray for great
success as the team locates and works all
possible events.
12 Give thanks for the addition to the Supreme
Court of new justices who have expressed
commitment to interpreting our founding
documents with integrity. Pray for them to
judge wisely as described in Isaiah 11:2-3.
13 Nebraska: pray for a flip of one vote in the
Governmental Affairs committee.
14 California: ask blessings on the Servant
Leadership classes happening in CA (as well
as other states) now through May.
15 Illinois: ask God to raise up a legislative
liaison for the IL team.
16 New York: thank God for the increase in
co-sponsors and pray for increased inroads
into the Democrat caucus.
17 Wyoming: lift up the team after a disappoint-
ing defeat in the Senate, and ask for wisdom
for the leadership to keep momentum going.
Also pray for the legislators understand their
authority to use the Constitution.
18 South Carolina: ask God for comfort for DC
Charles Reeder, whose wife recently passed
away, and a healing touch on the wife of DC
Wayne Middleton.
19 Delaware: lift up DC Tanya Hettler as she
runs for her local school board. The election
is May 11.
20 Georgia: pray for successful implementation
of the Georgia Legislature Prayer Team in-
spired by the Texas legislature prayer team.
21 New Hampshire: thank God for the increase
of hubs of teams around the state and pray
that they will dynamically increase.
22 There are still many questions about the
2020 election. Ask that the truth will be
revealed.
23 Illinois: ask God’s blessing on a big donor
meeting today and the central and southern
team meeting tomorrow.
24 California: lift up a meeting and presentation
today in Ramona, CA, featuring COS legal
expert Robert Kelly and Senator Brian
Jones.
25 North Carolina: pray for a long-time volun-
teer and district captain who was recently
diagnosed with cancer. Ask God for a
merciful touch of healing on him.
26 Jordan Peterson is a Canadian speaker and
author who has recently become well-known
in promoting individual liberty and respon-
sibility. He values the Bible but does not
seem to know the Lord personally. Ask God
to reveal himself and his love. Also pray for
our neighbors in Canada where freedom of
speech and religion are under attack.
27 Vermont: pray that the state will open up,
giving our volunteers the opportunities they
seek to meet with Vermonters looking for
hope.
28 Florida: give thanks for a new state director,
Dennis Darraugh, and pray God’s blessings
on him. Also give thanks for the many new
volunteers in FL and ask that the team will
effectively guide them to the most appro-
priate roles.
29 Rhode Island: pray for volunteer numbers to
continue to multiply and thank God for the
volunteers who have engaged as a result of
Constitution Alive.
30 Massachusetts: Please pray for an events
coordinator and media liaison to step
forward and share their skill sets with the
MA team. Also pray for open eyes, ears, and
hearts among the MA legislators and
willingness to sponsor the COS resolution.
31 North Carolina: lift up efforts to organize a
state prayer team in NC.
Then shall be fulfilled the saying that is written:
“Death is swallowed up in
VICTORY!”
— 1 Corinthians 15:54
