Why do we have Regional Meetings?
Regional Meetings are held every month to allow all the leaders within a region to coordinate and be inspired by each other.
Who Runs a Regional Meeting?
Regional Meetings are run by the RC (Regional Captain) of each region. If a region lacks a RC, Regional Meetings might be held by a RC Team Member, a SGC (State Grassroots Coordinator), or SD (State Director).
Who attends a Regional Meeting?
Regional Meetings should be attended by all volunteers with a leader position within the region. This includes: DC, FUT, EC, LL, VCD, SBWC, SMW, SCW, SV, and SIA. See Regional Leaders
Where are Regional Meetings held?
Depending on your specific Region, Regional Meetings may be held virtually (via Zoom) or In Person. Regions that cover larger land mass are more likely to be held virtually.
What is covered in Regional Meetings?
Regional Meetings cover:
- State/Regional (and occasionally National) News/Strategy Updates
- Updates from Leaders within the Region & opportunity for Leaders to coordinate/brainstorm.
- Any training RC feels necessary
- Time for RC to address questions/concerns/needs
