 If we want to pass the Convention of States resolution in Michigan we need to build relationships with legislators. That's where our <a href=“https://conventionofstates.com/legislative_liaison_application” target=“_blank” rel=“noopener”>Legislative Liaison team</a> comes in. <img class=“float-right” src=“https://content.conventionofstates.com/cosaction-prod/public/content/images/62198/62198_original.jpg?” alt=“meet-legislators” width=“600” height=“400” />What does a Legislative Liaison do?  Reach out to the legislators that live near him/her on a regular basis, build relationships with those legislators, help maintain our database records, and communicate regularly with their team lead. How long does it take? 3-5 hours a month is definitely enough to be a valuable addition to the team.  Is there training? Yes! We provide <a href=“https://conventionofstates.com/michigan-legislative-liaison-training” target=“_blank” rel=“noopener”>training</a>, and you will have people you can reach out to with any questions.
