Bill Pacey retired as the CEO of a Biblical mental health treatment facility and has a Biblical counseling background. His commitment to activism started long before Convention of States. The Long Beach, California Lion’s Club awarded him the prestigious “Man of the Year” award for a highly successful fundraising drive for a carnival. Bill raised the most significant sum of money the group had ever raised for an event in the history of that club.
The years passed and, as a veteran, Bill became increasingly frustrated by seeing what was happening in the country, realizing that he was not honoring the oath he took to defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. He heard about Convention of States, prayed about joining, and felt this was where God was leading him to serve to save America.
Bill started as the District Captain of House District #33 in Michigan, where he served for three and a half years. Then, for a year, he served as Veterans Coordinator for the state. Later, he became the Regional Captain for St. Clair, Macomb, and Oakland Counties, until finally becoming State Grassroots Coordinator.
As a Vietnam veteran, Bill has a unique perspective. Unlike most Americans, he has fought in a real war – and - he tells it like it is.
In a rare, passionate, and take-no-prisoners style, Bill reminds Americans that they are at war today and that their enemies are in Washington, DC. He feels that the battles in today’s war to prevent socialism are far worse than any he fought in Vietnam. Our future freedom is at stake!
Today, Bill considers himself an incredibly free man; he is fighting to protect and preserve that freedom for his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and every other current and future American.
Recently, Mark Meckler, CEO of Convention of States, awarded him one of the group’s highest honors - a “Challenge Coin” – for his tireless efforts. Only 210 people across the US have received this award.
