Senator Blake Curd has filed SJR 502, which would add South Dakota to the Convention of States movement already passed in 15 states!
SJR 502 will be heard in the Senate State Affairs Committee on Wednesday, February 24, at 10:00 a.m. CST. We need you to be there!
No matter what, we need you to contact your local state legislators and let them hear you want South Dakota to join the Convention of States effort! We need term limits on Congress, a balanced budget amendment, and further limits on the power, influence, and money of the federal government.
Would you consider attending a local legislative cracker barrel and asking the legislators in attendance to support SJR 5002 - Convention of States?
