Convention of States Action Grassroots Meeting
Hello Lawrence Area Patriots,
Happy New Year Patriots!!! I think we’d all agree that 2022 was a difficult and disappointing year in politics. Everything from the dismal election results to the ever-increasing and unscrupulous overreach by the federal government, has weighed heavy on all of us.
Sometimes it can feel as though there’s no hope of ever turning things around and restoring our country to what the founders intended it to be. Of course, it’s an uphill battle and only the most determined people will continue to fight the good fight.
However, even the strongest among us sometimes needs to hear encouraging words, needs to be reminded of the few victories we've enjoyed along the way, and needs to hear from really great leaders who’ll inspire us to hang in there and to do even more.
Therefore, our next meeting will feature a healthy dose of the much-needed encouragement intended to inspire hope in our hearts for the future of America. We will see the COS Action “Year in Review” video and also watch a true patriot speak words that'll give us renewed hope and direction. Lt. Col. Allen West was a featured speaker at the Reclaiming Liberty Summit in Orlando back in October 2022. I believe after watching him speak you will be as motivated as I was and that you'll come away with a newfound gusto.
The meeting will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023, at Johnny's West restaurant, located at 721 Wakarusa Dr. Lawrence, KS 66049. Social time begins at 6:00pm and the meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm. Please join us and bring a friend and RSVP to me.
