Convention of States is working to encourage members of the Kansas House to change their rule to allow for passage of Convention of States with a simple majority.
Currently WE THE PEOPLE of Kansas are only 3/4 of a person.
Our resolutions in the Kansas Legislature have required a 2/3 majority to pass.
