Introducing the Convention of States Peer to Peer (P2P) Texting System!
This is how we get the message out quickly to communities and individuals outside of our normal network by using the power of our grassroots. You can be a part of this effort in your state, by simply following these steps:
- Download the “COSGOTV” mobile app on your smart phone
- Log in on this page in upper right corner or by using this login link - (click forgot password if you do not remember)
- Fill out this form telling us you have the app and are ready to join your state team's P2P texting mission:

- Wait until you receive a text to begin
- Open up the COSGOTV mobile app
- Log into the COSGOTV mobile app by using using your Convention of States Log In
- Click on “Settings”
- Click on Active Campaign
- Choose a campaign
- Click on “Campaign” at top
- Swipe down to load list of 10 names/numbers
- Click on 1st name to load the text into your phone
- Click send to send the text
- Click back to go back to COSGOTV mobile app and continue to next record
- When done with first 10, you can swipe down and load a new 10 to repeat steps
