Four dedicated legislators support Hawaii's 2020 Senate Concurrent Resolution 89.
After weeks of visits by the Convention of States Hawaii team, several intrepid Senators again offer their support for an Article V “convention for proposing amendments” to limit the scope, power, and jurisdiction of the federal government.
SCR89 was courageously filed March 5 in Hawaii's Senate by four stalwart sponsors, each with a history of supporting Article V efforts in Hawaii.
Senator Mike Gabbard
