COS National Update:
For the final show of 2024, America's
Constitution Coach Rick Green–the President
of Patriot Academy and a passionate champion
for COS–will join us for an electrifying hour of
inspiration and education. Rick will share his
thoughts on the elections, what to expect from
the second iteration of a Trump Administration,
and how everyday patriots can turn the tide for
America in 2025.

COS Nat
’l Last Month:
Convention of States supporters are stepping
into our nation’s highest offices.
You heard that right
––nearly ALL of President
Trump’s new appointees are vocal supporters
of calling an Article V convention to
permanently limit federal power.
But don’t take our word for it! Here’s what they
have to say…
From PETE HEGSETH, selected to serve as
Secretary of Defense: “The Convention of
States Project is the only constitutional
pathway for citizens to save our Republic by
restoring it to her citizens.”
From SENATOR MARCO RUBIO, selected to
serve as Secretary of State: “The Convention
of States Project is a genuine grassroots
movement to achieve that goal and one that I
am proud to be a part of.”
From VIVEK RAMASWAMY, selected to lead
Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency
alongside Elon Musk: “Article V
convention…I’d say do it! It’s going to be good
for the country.”
From MIKE HUCKABEE, U.S, Ambassador to
Israel: “I urge you to join me in supporting the
Convention of States Project.”
Even VICE PRESIDENT-ELECT JD VANCE
has indicated his support for calling an Article
V convention.
And as they head into office, they will be
greeted by REP. MIKE JOHNSON, our sitting
Speaker of the House and an outspoken
supporter of COS.
This new wave of leadership gets it
– they
recognize that the only way to secure real,
systematic, long-term changes in Washington,
D.C. will be through the states.

Utah December 2024 Update:
We will be holding our recurring In-Person
COS multi-Utah House District (HD) and
Regional meeting to sign Christmas cards to
our state Legislators and state Senators:
Date: December 11th (the 2nd Wednesday of
each month)
Location: Sandy Library, 10100 South
Petunia Way, Sandy, Utah
Time: 7:00 to 8:30 pm
–
We will be signing Christmas cards for all our
state Legislators and state Senators. We will
be putting our COS business cards and
pictures in the cards. We could definitely use
your help in getting all these cards completed
and out in the mail.
This will be a group of likeminded people
meeting together to discuss our ideas on how
to progress the COS grass roots movement
here in Utah, utilizing COS volunteers and
Article V of our divinely inspired constitution.
Hope you can join us!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Remember, Jesus is the reason for the
Season!

COS Utah Last Month :
Last month we were invited by Jerry Sheets to
come and visit with the Bonneville Kiwanis
Club. If you are not familiar with Kiwanis, they
are an international service organization that
supports youth and community programs.
They wanted to know more about Convention
of States. So, Scott Pratt, our Utah State
Director and Mary Wenner, our Utah State
Grassroot Coordinator, met with them on
November 20th to present a short (20-30 min)
presentation followed by Q&A over lunch. This
was a great opportunity for our COS Utah
Team to meet with more people and educate
them on Convention of States. A BIG Thank
you to Scott and Mary!
Scott Pratt, our Utah State Director and Mary
Wenner, our Utah State Grassroot Coordinator

Legislative Liaison:
Be sure to contact your Legislators
–
YOU ARE THE BOSS!! Act like it!!!
Elected officials represent our community and
our interests, so let them know who you are
and what you care about! Take time to
introduce yourself and your organization to
public officials serving your community
–
including both federal and state
representatives.
Make an appointment and discuss:
1- Their stance on Convention of States.
2- What Bills they are working on that COS
could possibly get behind and support.
3- Notify your District Captain, or Regional
Captain, or Legislative Liaison with the
results after contacting them.
