Meet COS Leaders from across America in Colonial Williamsburg!
The first-ever Convention of States Leadership Summit will convene the evening of August 22 and conclude on the morning of August 25 in Colonial Williamsburg, the place where the American idea was born.

What: At the 2019 COS Leadership Summit, you will hear from Article V Convention of States experts, media personalities, COS President Mark Meckler, staff, and more.
Why: To connect our COS family, face to face. This will be an exciting event of training and collaboration with state leaders, District Captains, and staff.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to cover a significant portion of the cost of this event.
What’s included

- Three nights at Colonial Williamsburg Lodge, double occupancy

What’s NOT included
- Airfare/Transportation to and from Colonial Williamsburg
- Incidentals
Cost: A limited number of grants will be available for those who find it difficult to cover transportation or other costs.
There is limited space at the venue. Applicants will be contacted to finalize details or put on a standby list in case of cancellations. We hope to see you there!
