You are a part of House DistrictXX. Welcome! Convention of States grassroots participation is rooted in COS Supporters' activity and involvement in educating & getting the attention of their State Representative and State Senator about Convention of States. This is why we divide our great state into districts based on the boundaries of state legislative offices.
My name is F.Name L.Name. I am your District Captain for HDXX. This is a volunteer position and I'm proud to be a part of Convention of States in Colorado. All of our efforts are state led by volunteers who live in Colorado. It's our responsibility to get the COS Resolution passed in Colorado. I moved to City in XXXX and I love this community, the people, and I love America.
I know you support our three Resolution objectives: term limits, federal spending limits & limits on federal powers and authorities which are being grossly abused by federal officials.
We are following the U.S. Constitution. Article V gives the states the authority to call a convention and propose amendments. We respect the ultimate governing authority of the U.S. Constitution in our nation and are following and remaining obedient to its directives. This requires the patience the U.S. Constitution requires to unite the states and the effort required to gather We the People to do our duty.
We have opportunities for you to understand Convention of States better.
**COS University** Provides general education courses that explain what COS has been doing for 10 years, now operating in all 50 states. You can use your COS username and password at the University website and watch these videos to get some of your questions answered.

We currently need 3 volunteer roles filled in our district: District Captain Team Member, Events Coordinator Team Member and Followup Team Member. If you're interested in getting more information about these roles, email me and I'll answer your questions.
