Candidate Survey
* Required

The Convention of States Project is an effort to trigger an Article V convention for proposing amendments
that “impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal
government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for Members of Congress.” Please respond to
the following questions so that we can inform our supporters and donors as to your position on this effort.

 I would like to receive a personal briefing on this topic so that I can learn more and have my

questions answered.

 I am interested in attending a town hall meeting to learn more about Article V.

 If elected, I am interested in serving as a sponsor or co-sponsor for this effort.

 I would like to receive more detailed, written materials about this issue from the national office.

 I am opposed to Article V and am not interested in receiving further information about it.
