“A Republic…if you can keep it”
View this email in your browser | ![]() | ====== Passed State #6 ====== | ====== 70,255 INDIANA STRONG! ====== | COS Indiana Vision: To build a strong, engaged army of self-governing activists. | ![]() | CELEBRATING OUR REPUBLIC And Remembering the Noble Obligations of Citizenship As we spent our long holiday weekend enjoying family gatherings, outdoor activities, fireworks, cookouts, and long relaxing summer days before the kids get back to school, let us remember that our way of life, our freedom and independence, was fought for during a time of tyranny, and won by the blood and treasure of vigilant, honorable, and courageous souls. Surely there are many descendants of those founders alive today. We must be the generation who is called to set the bar of integrity, loyalty, patriotism, faith, family values, and courage for the unborn, for the future, for the desperate, for the hungry, and for the wretched. We light the torch. We shine the light. We set the standard of excellence. We The People guard the Republic. Others cannot do everything for us, and when we sit back in apathy, looking to the federal government to solve all of our problems, we absolutely invite and enable the government to overreach its boundaries. Our country and republic is a rare success story in a world where democracies in history have failed sooner or later. Our way of life is precious – worth celebrating, preserving and defending. Our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights allow for each of us to pursue happiness as an individual, while we must also be conscious of the need for self-governance – knowing that we are living among a group of fellow citizens with those same rights, hopes, dreams and aspirations of the pursuit of happiness. The ideal is moral free-will, rather than selfish and unbridled false liberty. Let us take a moment to reflect upon what freedom means to each of us, and ask ourselves what we are willing to give back to ensure that our way of life goes on for our children and grandchildren. Voting is not enough to restore security and balance of powers amid such comprehensive corruption, propaganda and the tyranny of the Deep State. Remember the wisdom of Ben Franklin: “It is a republic, if you can keep it.” Please speak out against evil and share your truth with others. That is the very least you can do. Make sure to vote, stand up for the rights of the people to hear from all legitimate candidates in a debate, and you might volunteer at your local voting precinct, but please also consider choosing one cause that you are very passionate about and do something additional to improve the situation to make the world better. When we ACT and PRAY, we also give our angels something more to work with. No one can do everything, but each of us can contribute something more. Together we can and will make the difference! ![]() | STATE NEWS | COS INDIANA EVENTS CALENDAR | ![]() | Click on the Event Calendar to go directly to Teamup for more details. ONE NATION UNDER GOD |
Aspirational Goal: To bring a Political and Spiritual Awakening to America. |
![]() Pray Against the Spirit of Complacency by Tim Heidenreich – COS Indiana Prayer Contact Pray against the spirit of complacency among many of our fellow citizens who are frustrated but see no hopeful way forward in our political system. Pray that God fills them with hope and courage regardless of expected outcomes. Please join all of the COS Prayer Warriors in persistent prayer for Jeremy Brown and all other J6 political prisoners. Pray for their early release and pardon. Pray for their living conditions to be comfortable, and treated with compassion while they are being held. Pray for their faith and courage to remain strong while they wait for justice. I'm sure we are all praying for President Trump and for justice to prevail. And for all the corruption and evil to be displayed clearly to the world. May God bless the United States, and reveal the lies and treachery around us in our political leaders. Heavenly Father, we thank you today for our Constitution, for our forefathers who wrote it and put it in place, and for blessing us with citizenship in the United States of America. We pray for a peaceful election season in the coming months and for healing of the division that restricts free and open discussion. You gave us Revelation to provide comfort to us, to know that Jesus is coming again for us. “…Worship God” (Rev. 22:9b) We know that when we worship you, sing your praise, and commune with you in prayer, that you will draw us near. Give us strength and help each of us be a walking testimony to your glory through lives dedicated to doing your will. Amen. Please feel free to email Tim with your prayer requests… PRAYER REQUESTS Spiritual battles cannot be fought without prayer… |
