The Convention of States overarching mission is to bring decision making closer to the family unit and further from D.C. by returning power back to the sovereign citizens of the states. That’s why COSA is working to calling a Convention of States to propose amendments to the U.S. Constitution limited to:
- imposing term limits
- imposing fiscal restraints on Congress
- limiting the power, scope and jurisdiction of the federal government
