  • Volunteers Recruited
    • Willing to Call Legislators
    • Willing to Meet w/ Legislators
• Facilitate Constituent Calls to and Meetings with Legislators
• Recruit/Utilize Activist Legislators
  • Access to Other Legislators
  • Ability to Influence Other Legislators
• Focus:
  • Undecided (R’s, D’s)
  • Untouched (R’s, D’s0
  • Opposed D’s (They Usually Have a Lack of Knowledge of Article V as Opposed to Having an Informed Decision
• All of the Above Strategic Elements Must be Pursued Year-Round
