Dr. Robert Malone has a reputation of standing on principles—he was a hero in the manufactured crisis of a pandemic, and has stood against the censorship of big tech and federal government agencies. His voice has been informative to the grassroots community during a time of much uncertainty.

However, Dr. Malone recently allowed the John Birch Society to publish a negative article about Article V on his Substack channel.  We were shocked and dismayed to see him give voice to an organization that has, in effect, joined forces with the radical Left to protect the status quo of the deep state in Washington, D.C.

For generations, the [[https://vimeo.com/115858209|John Birch Society]] can take credit for only one accomplishment: working alongside leftists like [[https://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=71985|Soros']] favorite policy group, [[https://www.commoncause.org/our-work/constitution-courts-and-democracy-issues/article-v-convention/|Common Cause,]] and [[https://youtu.be/MbY6gI3ZlIg|Hillary Clinton]], to hinder the states' efforts to use Article V to rein in an out-of-control federal government. They continue to slander the Framers of the Constitution with their claims that the constitutional convention of 1787 was a runaway convention.

Dr. Malone has appeared on [[https://www.glennbeck.com/glenn-beck-podcast/the-doctor-who-nearly-got-joe-rogan-canceled-dr-robert-malone-ep-137|Glen Beck's]] and [[https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/a-chaotic-day-guest-dr-robert-malone-8-3-21/id481087877?i=1000530902735|Steve Deace's]] programs and featured on Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire (all whom are Convention of States endorsers) discussing his medical expertise. Perhaps he will listen to their wisdom now and give equal voice to the counter-argument that there is no other rational solution being put forth with an opportunity such as Convention of States.

Ask him to please look at the true history surrounding the framing of the Constitution (cliff notes: [[https://www.harvard-jlpp.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/21/2017/03/Farris_FINAL.pdf|the Philadelphia convention stayed within its charter, and the Framers were honorable men]]) and Article V,  which provides a safe, known process for the states to bypass the dysfunctional federal government and call a convention of the states to propose meaningful reforms like Term Limits, a Balanced Budget, and restraining the power of federal agencies.

  * Article V was placed into the Constitution to circumvent a tyrannical federal government
