We have reached out to you specifically because your representative is on the House Government Oversight Committee which will soon be voting on the resolution.\\

It is understood that hand-written letters are a highly effective tool for influencing elected officials. While we feel hand-written letters are best, it's fine to type them if need be.\\

**Below is a sample letter to use as a guide if you are in need of inspiration.** Please write your letter clearly and uniquely. Make it your own by peppering in your own language. Mailing address at bottom of page.

**Points to pepper in might be:**

  * I want to keep more of my own money.
  * We need term limits in Congress.
  * I want to see state and local government who care more about my community become stronger.
  * We must restore the US Constitution.
  * We need an amendment allowing legislatures of the states the authority to stop any provision of Federal law.
