COS will be at the WV Capitol Tuesday, February 21!  Join the WV COS team to introduce our new legislators to the Convention of States!\\

        10:30 am    Volunteers meet at capitol rotunda 2nd floor\\
        11:00 am    Attend House/Senate Floor Sessions\\
        12:00 pm    Dutch lunch, capitol cafeteria\\
          1:00 pm    Appointments with Freshman Legislators\\
