  - Complete the [[https://cosuniversity.com/project/cos-100-introduction-to-convention-of-states/|COS 100 Introduction to Convention of States]] Course
  - Complete the [[https://cosuniversity.com/project/dc-100-manual-training/|DC 100 District Captain Leadership Training]]
