Make Sure Your Legislator Supports a Convention of States to:\\
\\
**Reduce the Power and Jurisdiction of the Swamp**\\
**Impose Term Limits on Federal Officials and Congress**\\
**Impose Fiscal Restraints on DC**\\
\\
I don’t know how much more strongly I can state this. Our State Legislators have the power, given to them by the Constitution, to restrain the federal government and put it back in its Constitutional box. Yet many are refusing to wield that power. Why?\\
\\
**Some are still on the fence - perhaps they are close but need to do a little more research to make an informed decision**\\
\\
**Some will support if enough constituents tell them it's important, but say they haven't had that input**\\
\\
**And some have heard straw-man arguments conjured up by the radical left and used by every opposition group. These arguments either ignore or rewrite history and show a fundamental misunderstanding of the Constitution.**\\
\\
The result of inaction?  Maintaining the status quo; an overbearing, intrusive and increasingly Fascist federal government.\\
\\
**Those Opposed to COS and using the Constitution:** 230 of the most left leaning people & organizations in America including Hillary Clinton, George Soros backed organizations, Planned Parenthood, Common Cause, Democracy 21, La Raza, Emily's List, Daily KOS, Earthjustice, Greenpeace, League of Women Voters, NAACP, NEA, Sierra Club, Social Security Works, ACLU, AFL-CIO and some organizations you might not suspect including The John Birch Society.\\
\\
**Those Supporting COS and the Constitution:** Mark Levin, David Barton, Ben Shapiro, Dr. James Dobson, Sean Hannity, Sen Rick Santorum, Gov Ron DeSantis, Rick Green, Lt. Col Alan West. Charlie Kirk (TPUSA), David Horowitz, Steve Deace, Hon Ben Carson, Sen Rand Paul, Glenn Beck, Dave Rubin, James O'Keefe, Pete Hegseth, Rep Louie Gohmert, Rep Chip Roy, Sen Marco Rubio, Gov Greg Abbott, Hon Bobby Jindal, Hon Mike Huckabee, Hon Jim DeMint, the Late Great Rush Limbaugh, the Late Great Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and many, many others.\\

Thousands of Wyoming citizens support COS yet many legislators say they don't hear from us. Instead, the small but loud opposition has their ear.\\
\\
Constituents, **YOU**, must speak up if we are to reign in DC. This is not the time stand back and leave it to others, we all have to participate.\\
\\
**THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW:**\\
\\
Have a respectful meeting with your legislator. \\
\\
Let them know your frustrations with our **Runaway Government** and that a Convention of States is the remedy for many of the ills plaguing DC. Legislators need to know their constituents support this.  If you can, take fellow supporters with you.  The 2022 Legislative session starts February 14th so this is the perfect time. \\
\\
Tell your friends and family about COS.  Have them sign the petition and contact their legislators.\\
\\

If you can’t attend a meeting in person, write a personal letter or note card explaining to your legislator why you want them to support a Convention of States.  Follow up with a telephone call.\\
