The knives are out! Anti-COS rhetoric perpetrated on America by the left has taken hold within Wyoming. Groups and influential individuals you might otherwise agree with on issues are deliberately attempting to stop us from using the Constitution and instead maintain the status quo in D.C. \\

Rhetoric and myths run rampant such as:

  * There will be a "runaway"
  * A "Constitutional Convention" is dangerous
  * We can't "open up the Constitution"
  * It's "not the right time" to use Article V
  * All we have to do is "elect the right people"\\
\\


**FEAR, FEAR, FEAR**

These arguments show fundamental ignorance of our history and the Constitution. This is not a Constitutional Convention, It cannot runaway, it does not open up the Constitution, D.C. cannot be fixed from the inside by electing the right people, and if this isn't the right time, when is? We cannot let these lies about our Constitution and our history go unchallenged. \\

More COS voices are needed in your county parties. Please put your hat in the ring for precinct committee man/woman in your precinct. Many of these positions are empty and you may run unopposed. Simply go to the County Clerk's office and get your name on the ballot. Filing started May 12 and continues until May 27. Plus, it is free. \\
\\
Do not delay. The opposition isn't. Precinct committee positions give you a voice so you can stand against the negative forces in your county.\\
\\
Nothing the Wyoming State Legislature passes, no bills, no laws, will stop Washington, D.C., from:

  * Diverting VA funds to the border crisis
  * Passing trillion dollar omnibus bills
  * Forming the new Ministry of Truth
  * Using international treaties to dictate US policy
  * Tracking US citizens
  * Shutting down drilling and oil pipelines

Putting the right people in D.C., although important, is a temporary band aid at best. Only a convention for proposing amendments can put D.C. back in its constitutional box, but we need 34 States to step up. Nineteen states are already on board, with four passing this year.
