Outside the Wilkes Barre, PA main shopping mall, during this February, an electronic billboard displays each of the ads shown here for 10 seconds, every 2 minutes. The ad, paid for by three Wilkes Barre area COS leaders is estimated to be seen by people in 42,000 cars per day.
