The Convention of States resolution HCR31 is in our House Judiciary Committee where it sits.  In order for our resolution to pass, it must first be put on the agenda to be voted on.  If HCR31 does not come up for vote this week, will you join your local COS Team this Saturday, February 12, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, for Block Walking in South Charleston sharing the Convention of States with our neighbors and asking they contact House Judiciary Chair Moore Capito asking he put HCR31 on the agenda for a vote? It will be announced by Thursday afternoon, February 10, if our resolution will be on the agenda. You will then be notified if our plans for Block Walking will be necessary or if we will be celebrating our resolution up for vote!\\
