Liberty and equal justice under the law can survive or perish during times of peace as well as periods of war, as can be observed in the United States under a Marxist Democrat Party Administration.

In the United States, the need for constant vigilance by the citizenry has been inadequate - leaving our Nation seated on a weak foundation. It is critical to America's survival that its citizens must be willing to stand up and speak out if the government fails to respect and implement those laws intended to maintain stability within a Nation.

The citizens of America have failed. Americans have become apathetic and complacent when things are going wrong. Instead of taking the time from their busy life to confirm, identify, and seek resolutions to those problems and their causes, they sit back and assume that the next Administration with someone charismatic will magically step in and correct course.

The Marxist Democrat Party has taken this mindset as an opportunity to push forward its anti-American, anti-constitutional agenda. After years of apathy toward our Constitution and our Republic, America is severely affected by its Marxist-Communist ideology, which many believe has placed our Constitutional Republic on its deathbed.

It is not too late to save our great Nation and all the freedoms it offers to its citizens - but we must take action now, or it will be too late.

The Convention of States Action movement is working to bring Americans together to call for the convening of a Convention of States under Article V of the Constitution. We have made great progress but there is much more to do if we are to attain this goal.

We have 19 states on board and need 15 more states to pass resolutions calling for the convening of a Convention of States. 

We need your help to attain this tremendous goal. We need you to become more involved and engaged by volunteering your time and talents to this worthy cause, "to save our Constitutional Republic."
