The Right Perspective is a YouTube channel. To be fair, I have only watched one video on their channel, this one. Rodney Scott and Ken Cuccenelli spend just over 90 minutes to share what is truly going on at the 2022 Texas Border Summit.

Mr. Scott actually spent about eight months in the current administration, and his story is quite eye-opening. And it is sad that his story is not national news.

That being said, I would like to recommend that you take the time to watch this video, or at least have it playing in the background while you work on something else, you'll still garner some great insight.

If you don't have time, there are a few parts that are necessary: around the 17-minute mark, he talks about building a section of the border wall in San Diego – a $150 million project, zero bids. He tells you why.

And then he tells you what he did to resolve that and suggests we all pay attention to that and adopt his methods.

At the 27-minute mark Mr. Cuccenelli, former Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security and Director of U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services under President Trump, begins his speech. He lays out a plan to resolve the border issue for border states.

A member of the audience asked Mr. Cuccenelli: "Can an Article V Convention of States help to prevent future issues at our border if we can add term limits to the Consitution?" 

To which he replied: "Hell yes.... I mean the way Washington operates is part of the problem. That's the point of term limits, right, is the change how Washington operates," said Cuccenelli.

Cuccenelli added that if the Founding Fathers could come back today, he believes the two things they would do differently would be adding term limits and creating a balanced budget.
