Our vote counting devices were allowed in NH on a trial basis 40 years ago, by writing  RSA 656:40.  Unfortunately, when our NH Constitution was written, there was no electricity.  Drafting and ratifying a Constitutional Amendment under Article 100 of the NH Constitution would solve this problem. NH continues to break its own law 33-A:3-a Disposition and Retention Schedule- of keeping federal election material for 22 months 42 USC s 1974.  As you know, our Republic is designed with checks and balances.  When every avenue is followed with no results, then next action is the courts.   One can not defend or protect their rights if they do not know what they are.  We in NH and in the nation are seeing usurping of power by all government entities because the general public and elected officials are struggling with civic literacy.   We can make a difference! 1. Get educated in civics. Take constitution courses (both NH and U.S.).  Please reach out here if you need to find a course. You gladly give away your freedoms when you do not know what they are.  2. Share your knowledge. 3. If your elected officials do not uphold their oaths, come along side them and educated them. 4. We need to all do our civic duty in order to protect the freedoms our founders fought for. 5. Attend a School Board Meeting. 6. Attend a City Council Meeting. Convention of States Action is always sharing civics education with the public.  You can find their posts, and YouTube clips all across the nation.   Please explore these areas and share what you learn.   There are those in opposition who are missing some of the facts. Your involvement can the make the difference in helping others to know that Convention of States is the only non-violent, all American, peaceful solution to our flawed structure in Washington.
