**1/7: How long have you volunteered for Convention of States Project as a District Captain?**

**2/7: Do you know which House Districts for which this position of Regional Captain is responsible? Have you viewed the area on a map? Are you familiar with those areas?**

**3/7: As a Regional Captain you will essentially be serving as a team leader of a group of District Captains. How would you describe your leadership style? What traits and skills would you say you possess that would make you a good team leader?**

**4/7: Regional Captains must serve as a trainer, mentor, problem solver and communication facilitator. Please explain how you would go about fulfilling these roles? Give examples.**

**5/7: Can you name the State Director, Grassroots Coordinator, SIA and LL for your state?**

**6/7: Will you be able to return calls, Slack messages and emails in a timely and effective manner?**

**7/7: Do you have a computer with sufficient Internet service for managing a large database? Are you comfortable learning and using new technology tools (software programs)? Are you willing to be trained to use such technology?**
