As an engaged American citizen concerned about the future of our country, you don't lend your support to a movement or organization unless you get your questions answered.

We wouldn't have it any other way, which is why we've made it a priority to provide thorough, satisfactory answers to the most common (and not-so-common) questions about Article V and the Convention of States Project.

These documents, in varying degrees of detail, answer almost any Article V question you may have. //Is the Article V process safe? Who controls a Convention of States? If the federal government does not obey the current Constitution, why would they obey an amended version? //All of these questions and more are addressed in these four documents.

We especially recommend "Answers to Questions Posed by the John Birch Society." You won't find a more in-depth, thorough response to the 16 most common objections to an Article V Convention of States.

Each of these documents was written or edited by [[http://www.conventionofstates.com/national_leadership|Michael Farris]], co-founder of the Convention of States Project and one of the country's premier constitutional scholars. Farris, in conjunction with [[http://www.i2i.org/robnatelson.php|Professor Rob Natelson]], draws on the most current, reliable Article V research and scholarship to answer each question.
