This past month marked a significant milestone for Convention of States Massachusetts volunteers.

Members of the team gathered from all over the state to reflect on a whole year of effort, as well as to plan out the coming year's strategy. 

In reviewing the previous year, we reflected on the public events we were able to hold, including two visits by COS President and Co-founder [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmHEFuEun_s&t=2378s|Mark Meckler]].

When COVID drove us inside and apart from each other, we kept on meeting with [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvSFzp9adQ4|virtual events]]. We have encouraged our fellow commonwealthers through articles covering some of the most important aspects of both [[https://conventionofstates.com/news/great-attention-was-given-to-every-word|Massachusetts]] and [[https://conventionofstates.com/news/resisting-ignorance-and-defending-our-heritage|American history]] each month.

And we jumped at the opportunity to present our testimonies in front of a Massachusetts joint legislative committee [[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL18iXol1SHMQUOtXgbO6zNWiNBAynBoHd|defending the COS movement]]. 

But we're just getting started. We also took the time to lay out the groundwork for next year's plans. While COVID has changed how we do things, it certainly hasn't reduced our resolve or determination to spread the word about COS.

This year COS partnered with Patriot Academy to offer Constitution awareness training, and we in Massachusetts will be hosting a [[https://coach.patriotacademy.com/take-a-class-or-become-a-coach/|free online version of the class]] starting in January (details to follow).

We will also begin ramping up our presence on social media and adding more exciting stories from Massachusetts' historic contributions to our great republic.
