a Convention of States to propose \\
amendments to limit federal spending, limit \\
federal power, and establish term limits \\
for members of Congress and/or federal \\
judges.** 

•  America’s debt has reached $22 Trillion 

($181K per tax return filed) and continues to \\
climb. 

•  Washington, D.C. recently passed the largest 

spending bill in history: $1.3 Trillion Omnibus. 

•  Congress will never limit its own power, so the 

states must use their constitutional power to \\
restore meaningful restraints. 

•  The Article V process is the only way for 

the states to close the loopholes an activist \\
judiciary has opened in our Constitution. 

•  The largest concentration of wealth in America 

over the last 25 years is within 10 miles of the \\
D.C. beltway.

•  With over 4.1 million supporters across the 

country, Convention of States Action won’t \\
stop until the state legislatures act on behalf of \\
the American people. 

•  15 States have already called a Convention of 

States, including Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas, \\
North Dakota, Florida, Arizona, Louisiana, \\
Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Alaska, \\
Mississippi, Utah, Arkansas, and Missouri.
