After weeks of visits by the Convention of States Hawaii team, several intrepid Senators again offer their support for an Article V "convention for proposing amendments" to limit the scope, power, and jurisdiction of the federal government.

SCR89 was courageously filed March 5 in Hawaii's Senate by four stalwart sponsors, each with a history of supporting Article V efforts in Hawaii.\\
