HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS

Two hotel blocks have been reserved for our commissioners.  Information and rates are outlined below for each.  The deadline and cut-off date for making reservations is before August 16, 2024. After that, all unreserved rooms will be released.

To book Online, go to www.fredericksburg-inn.com and select the orange “Book Now” icon in the top right corner. Look under the dates seeing “Have a promo or group code? Click the “Enter It here.” Put our Group Code COSA2024, in the Group Code Box.  Click update. Then Select your arrival and departure dates. Click the “Enter it Now” option. You will now see the rooms and rates available for our group.

Block rate $107/night + tax. Total with tax $120.91 per night Sunday - Thursday

Block rate $239/night + tax. Total with tax $270.07 per Friday - Sunday (2 night minimum)

There are only 30 rooms in this block. A mix of Kings and Double Queens

Free breakfast, parking, Wifi, heated pool, and hot tub.

The Cut-Off Date for reservations is August 15, 2024

48 Hour Cancellation Policy before date of arrival.  Credit card charged day of arrival.

Note: this property has rooms on the first and second floors. Courtyard side and Exterior Side. The second floor is only accessed by stairs; no elevator. 

Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out time is 11 am.
