Reforms that we all know that Congress will never impose on themselves. Term limits on Congress, a Balanced Budget, and reducing the federal agencies' power over WE THE PEOPLE. 

**DeSana** wants to return ALL authority back to the Community and local elected school district for educating children. He wants to end all State and Federal mandates and follow the Michigan Constitution to its strictest interpretation.

Parents are the primary educators of their children and in that role they should have the ability to effect policy through their local school district. **DeSana** supports full funding of the local districts and he supports keeping our teachers highly and well compensated for performing perhaps the next toughest job in Society.\\
