We fought the good fight in Wyoming, and I'm so proud of our team in the Cowboy State.  We passed the COS application in the Senate committee, on the Senate floor and in the House committee.  This is the furthest we have ever made it in Wyoming and is a huge victory.\\

Unfortunately, the WY House voted against our Convention of States application with a vote of 21-41.  You can see committee and floor votes by clicking **[[https://www.wyoleg.gov/Legislation/2023/SJ0011|HERE]]** and going to the 'digest' tab. Please take the opportunity to again thank your legislator if he / she voted on the side of restoring Federalism.  If your legislator voted for the status quo in D.C., please, respectfully, ask them why.\\

We didn’t win this battle, but I’m not giving up. I'm so encouraged by the citizens of Wyoming, and I don't think the people’s voices will be silenced much longer.\\

Thanks to all in WY who called, wrote, and spoke with their state representatives--your commitment to your country is truly inspiring, and I'm honored to stand beside you. The grassroots team was on hand in Cheyenne as we waited for the house to debate our resolution:

We learned some important lessons this year, more education is needed and more Wyoming citizens need to hear about and become engaged in this process. For now, keep spreading the word about COS--
