WE DID IT!  Convention of States passes in WV!  On Friday, March 4, with an amazing show of overwhelming bi-partisanship, 77-19, we passed in the House!\\
\\
Our resolution, HCR31, was immediately picked up by Senate President Craig Blair, moved directly to the Senate floor, bypassing committee hearings and being the first order of business with minimal debate, it passed favorably with voice vote!\\
\\
By 1:30 pm, WV was officially state #18 to join our sister states calling for a Convention of States!\\
\\
The WV legislature stated loud and clear their united support for calling an Article V Convention of States to save and restore our republic!  We are grateful and encourage they continue to support our US and WV Constitutions!
