We also can receive one-way notifications from National via the Citizen Builder Dashboard/Messages/Inbox. - MailChimp provides us with email blast capabilities as well as individual emailing to our supporters. However, this provider does not have access to our supporter database so any replies from supporters are returned to another external email provider, Roundcube. Depending upon your role assignment(s) and how your profile is set up you will have: - No account at all - An account which forwards to your personal email - An account with a login separate from the Convention of States website. Any replies from supporters should be copied and added to the Contact Log in their profile. Roundcube is the provider but their name will not show on the screen you.
