That's right! Our beautiful Constitution was signed by 38 delegates. It would be an additional 9 months before it was ratified and another 9 months before it was officially our governing constitution.\\ \\ Every year we celebrate September 15, Article V Day, as part of Constitution Week. With the unprecedented actions of federal, state and local governments still causing discord and confusion in our nation today it has become more apparent than ever before that amendments to limit the federal government are necessary and imperative.\\ \\ September is the month to brush up on your knowledge and further your lifelong learning interests. There is always more to learn about the time in which the Constitution was written. You can better protect something if you understand it well, and our history is rich with stories of amazing patriots.\\ \\ COSA has an initiative for Constitution Week in which you can participate while helping your local students.
