Have you noticed? We have a //bonafide// Constitutional Crisis on our hands. Separation of Powers, Enumerated Powers, Federalism and the 10th Amendment in particular have all been recently flaunted by the current Executive Branch in a truly unprecedented manner. \\

Never in the history of our republic has the Executive Branch through its Center for Disease Control blatantly and unapologetically disregarded the Supreme Law of the Land, less than a month after a ruling by the Supreme Court. Never has the Executive Branch through its Department of Education encouraged a State Department of Education to disregard state law, and state executive orders and assured them that any funding forfeited by the state would be made good by the Federal Government.\\
\\
Notice that I did not say “President" but “Executive Branch.”  Saying the President made these decisions would imply that (a), he is actually in control of the Executive Branch, and (b), he somehow believes himself to have such power.

In the latter case, Joe Biden has publicly stated that he did not believe he had the power to do either, yet both actions were taken: The CDC issued a //prima facia// illegal extension to a foreclosure moratorium which had already been ruled illegal, and the Department of Education issued a letter to Florida Department of Education encouraging their disregard of Florida’s “parent-choice” masking for school children – guaranteeing Federal funding! Texas has been similarly warned, and South Carolina will not be far behind. Tenth Amendment, anyone?\\

This is craziness. What’s more, the legacy media has celebrated these moves as compassionate and scientific. Enough for constitutional, all that is needed are good intentions. On what planet have we landed?\\
\\
It is past time for an Article V Convention of States to propose amendments to our constitution to stop this madness while we still HAVE a constitution.

With a one state-one vote format, there are enough sane states left to propose and ratify common sense amendments to assure Federalism survives, return all but enumerated powers to the states, limit Federal taxation, spending, and administrative regulation, balance the budget and limit the terms of judges, Senior Executive Service bureaucrats and members of congress. Congress has not acted, the courts have been ignored, we, the people have the power to act.\\
\\
We are nearly halfway there. Fifteen states have applied, two or three more are very close and the momentum is building in a nationwide Grassroots Army. Join the army now. Sign the petition, volunteer and work like hell to “Save our Republic.”
