Grassroots commissioners from across the nation will gather in Texas from September 17th - 19th to propose, debate, and pass amendments that will shape America's future. In 2016 and 2023, Convention of States Foundation hosted simulated conventions with state legislators from all parts of the country. This September, COS grassroots leaders will gather for a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience, and receive hands-on training from Article V experts such as Mike Faris, Mark Meckler, and Rita Peters.
