Our legislative victory last week in a Michigan senate committee was only possible with the strong support of the grassroots in Michigan along with our allies in the senate.

One of those heroic allies was Senator Curt Vanderwall. Sen. Vanderwall eloquently and powerfully introduced the Convention of States Resolution to the committee, and his words and influence helped us earn the 3-2 victory.

“As our economy struggles to recover from the effects of the ongoing pandemic, families all across the country are being forced to live within a budget,” he said. “It is common sense that the federal government should do the same.”
